Genetic Black Series ADVANTAGE ULTRA is uniquely designed to provide the body with pre-training or pre-competition mental focus and stimulation to allow for maximal physical performance and optimal cognitive clarity.
No matter if we train as a body-builder, power-athlete, endurance athlete, field-athlete etc, we all want the same thing from our training. That is to say, we want to perform at our best, for as long as we require.
By using Genetic Supplements ADVANTAGE ULTRA we can help achieve this by utilising the following performance factors:
Caffeine (in caffeinated version only*): Caffeine taken prior to exercise boosts energy and exhibits a glycogen-sparing effect in the early stages of physical exercise, providing more fat for the body to utilise as fuel during training or competition. Caffeine also increases alertness and is documented to increase strength-performance.
*Should we be a late afternoon or evening trainer, the benefits of ADVANTAGE ULTRA can still be recognised in our ‘caffeine free’ edition.
Huperzine ‘A’: Huperzine ‘A’ is a cognitive-enhancer which allows for increased muscular contraction. Huperzine also boosts concentration, improves mental clarity and the ability to process ‘mind-muscle-data’ during training.
Creapure®: Creatine is a molecule in the human energy system (creatine phosphate system) that can rapidly produce energy ATP (adenosine triphosphate) to support cellular function. Creatine also increases physical performance in successive bursts of high-intensity exercise. As with all creatine used by Genetic Supplements, only 100% genuine Creapure will meet the grade.
Glycerol Monostearate: Allows for nutrients to be drawn in to the muscle tissue during training and gives the ultimate training ‘pump’ and hydrating properties to the working muscle. Glycerol Monostearate is also ultra-effective in the ability to enhance the effects of other supplement materials, improving their absorption and efficacy.
Arginine AKG: Improves Nitric Oxide levels in the body and also acts as a vasodilator which widens the blood vessels, therefore causing a decrease in vascular resistance and an increase in blood flow to the working muscle.
Beta Alanine: Buffers lactic acid build up and increases muscular performance as well as being documented to support lean-muscle gain and also in the perception of reduction in fatigue.
Tyrosine: Improves focus and mental focus during training and is responsible for the production of the neurotransmitters noradrenaline and dopamine. Tyrosine, when supplemented pre-exercise can aid in the delay of ‘attention deficit’ brought on by intensive training.
Alpha-GPC: Alpha-GPC (Alpha-GlycerylphosphorylCholine) is a precursor to the neurotransmitter Acetylcholine and has been documented in studies to give an enhancement of strength, endurance and power in athletes. Alpha-GPC also plays a key role in nerve-transmission in cardiac, skeletal and smooth muscles as well as in brain function enhancing the mind-muscle-data connection.
BioPerine®: BioPerine® is an extract obtained from the black pepper fruit that greatly improves the adaption off the ingredients within Genetic Advantage-Ultra and also nutrient transportation into the blood.
Citric Acid: Citric Acid, quite obviously, forms the basis of the ‘Citric Acid Cycle’ or ‘Krebs Cycle’ which is the process of a series of chemical reactions that produce ATP (Andenosine TriPhosphate) the body’s biochemical way to store and use energy.
Malic Acid: Malic Acid is also present in the Krebs Cycle and acts as a catalyst which increases energy production from pyruvic acid. Malic Acid aids in the countering of lactic acid build up during exercise and is also reported to be beneficial for those suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
